Aside from my own writing, I also recently started my own micro publishing company - Storeylines Press!
I worked in the publishing industry for many years when I lived in NYC - a whole other lifetime. Mostly freelance editing and proofreading, and I honestly love this work. And as I have friends - old and new - who are so talented, and need help bringing their work to life in the world, it's so natural to me to offer to help. From there things started to grow . . . and I decided to go official.
My mission is to help new and indie authors get published in a gentle and supportive way – one of my authors refers to me as her book doula. I’m here to be the same for others who need support and have a story to tell, and need help to take that next step.
The first two Storeylines Press books out now are both poetry – and very different styles. Another style of poetry altogether will be coming out next year. At least three other books are already in the works for next year. And of course there are my two books, which are new adult and erotic romance.
I'm looking for more fiction - mysteries and thrillers would be good! LGBTQ2S+ fiction or nonfiction would also be awesome. Nonfiction in general is also a favourite of mine. And memoirs! The possibilities are wide open, and all genres are welcome. Also, Storeylines Press is a queer/disabled/woman-owned business. All PEOPLE are welcome.
You can leave me a message here, or email me at storeylinespress@gmail.com
Visit us at Storeylines Press website, too!
Please join me and my authors in this journey!
